HELP (weird idle and SES light)
It might have something to do with your stage 1 cam. I'm not saying it is directly your cam but something related. I'm not sure if it would have affect on your fuel trims or not because of your 10hr drive. Just throwing out an idea.

The car is working fine now. Somehow a wire had come loose from the install of my AFC device. After uninstalling it, reinstalling it and uninstalling it again I found out where there was a wire disconnected.
Boy can I come up with some theories.Anyway thanks for everyone's help and hypothesis.
