Clear plastic guage cover

Can anyone please tell me where I can buy the clear plastic instrument gauge cover for my OZ Rally Lancer? It doesn't necessarily have to be new but just in perfect condition with no scratches or cracks. Thanks!

The best place would be the dealer, believe it or not. I'm having trouble finding the part number in the tech docs, but if I come up with it, I'll let you know.

It can't be more than 70 bucks, I'd think.

Actually Hobie, that's not a bad idea. The only trouble you'd have is finding a sheet thin enough. This thing can't be more than a couple milimeters thick.

After that it's just a mater of cutting the right shape, and since the guage cluster has extra room around it without obstruction, you wouldn't need to worry about getting an exact fit.

Mind you, you would still need to cut it close.

Hey, maybe now some people will change the color of thier shielding. Could be ricey though...hmmm.

You could get a rectanglular sheet and use a jigsaw to cut around the outline, then sand down the edges carefully (so as not to leave scratch marks on the front or back surface). It should work quite well if you can find a thin enough piece of plexi.

It'd also be way cheaper than 70 beans.

ssjadam03 in the event that you try the plexi glasss method please let me know how things go. In the meantime I will continue searching for this particular item.
