So I went out to my 03 Lancer OZ this morning to go to work and the heating didn't work. When I say didn't work I mean I turn the knob from off to 4 and there is no air flow what so ever. It was about 10 degrees so I figured maybe it just needed to warm up. Well it's still not working. Does anybody know of anything easy I can check or replace before I take it to the dealer?

 

Is the knob very easy to turn?

 

It's hard but I can turn it. I've heard of the recall with the knobs but I don't see why that would make it so none of it turns on.
