ac problems (im runnin out of ideas)
So my A/C went out about a month ago finally got to figure out why. I needed to replace my fan controller and fan relay. the a/c worked for about a day, and now my fans wont kick on again.
Ive tried those recharge kits but they work for an hour after i use a can. the next day i check my psi and it shows up as red!
wtf anyone have any ideas? im going to the shop in the morning.

ok so i went to the shop today and my ac worked and was cold as hell which is great but it leaves me lost. the guy at the shop told me that because its so hot outside and my ac is on full blast that my compressor either get too cold or too hot. i dont know the guy said he had no clue since it was working he told me that when it happens again to bring it down, so i guess its a waiting game.

if its in the red that means it has too much right? at least thats what my gauges say. if you have too much, the pressure switches will turn the compressor and everything off. first check for leaks and get it professionaly recharged unless you have the vaccume pump and proper tools to inject oil and everything

Let me ask you, did you recharge the system while the car was running with the system blowing full blast? I'm sure with that guage on there you only filled it until it was in the green, right?
well my gauge reads like this;
Green = Low
Blue = Correct Amount
Yellow = Too Much
Red = Mechanical Error
when my fans do decide to kick on its in green which is a low 25psi. when my fans are off it reads red at 65psi. And yes my car is running with a/c on full blast.
does the a/c system have a fuse or something? but i did take it to a shop to have it looked at.
