rrm pulley

Yesterday i just installed my new pulley and today when i was driving around i notived a strang sond comming from that area, any ideas what it might be or any concerns?

how did you put the bolt back in? impact wrench? torque wrench?

did you tension your belts properly?

and did you make sure your splash guards are all in the right places?

i used an impact gun, splash gaurds are in properly and i triple checked the belts, could it be the shaft or maybe the timimg belt since it's right next to it?

Really hard to say man...you know your car better than us, so I say just check out everything that you had to removed or move to get to your pulley. Not a fun process, but better than throwing a belt!

I know my pulley had a little different sound when I put it on. I think it was just the new pulley making the noise. I dont think it does it anymore.

define "strange sound"

i know mine makes some noise but nothing horrific. Plus aftermarket pullies don't have any sort of noise dampening material in them, so they are gonna be more audible.
