prob with rrm exhaust

i got the RRM exhaust and it sounds great. bassy tone if not quiet. the problem is that it's kind of crooked. anyone have any ideas on straightening it? well, besides cutting the hangers off and rewelding.

Just a note, I think you will get more replies if you post this in the US Lancer section instead of in the EVO Tech section...

Maybe the hangers are slightly off (either mounted or welded). Try getting someone from RRM's attention about that...either on the boards or on the phone.

Mine sits the same way. The only way I saw to fix it would be to re-weld the exhaust hanger in a higher spot.

I cut the threads off of the hanger which sits by the rear wheel and used saftey wire to tie it to where the rear anti-sway bar attaches.

After looking at your picture, I looked at mine. It seems like you put the bolt in the wrong hole on the back hanger. Mine had two holes. Use the one closest to the muffler. That should do it.

RRM has amazing customer service

these guys left a voice mail on my cell before i even woke up. wasn't even expecting it. they were gonna work with me if it wasn't fixable. they're ****in great. that's the best adjective i could possibly use. i think hehehe they're customer service is worth the money they aren't even charging.

graciously patiently waiting for the cat-back pipe...
