so i hope im the first to post this cuz this issue annoys the sh*t out of me. so it happened once or twice about 3 weeks ago but now its doing it all the time. my issue is the driver side window on my 08 gts when putting it up it makes this knocking sound and it sounds off track. ive been trying to aviod going to the dealership cuz i know im gonna test drive the evo and end up attempting to buy one lol. if anyone has had this happen let me know but like i said i hope im the one and only cuz its annoy as hell.

 

Oh I thought i was the only one with this issue. I'm gonna take the door pannel apart some day as soon as I have some time.

 

haha i guess its just me and you since no1 else said nething. i went tot he dealer and they just lubed it but it didnt go away. it only does it if its like 85 out for some reason the heat is messing it up its so weird, and annoying if you find anything let me know.

my window got off track on the 3rd week and i went to the dealership and they actually fixed it

 

I don't hear the sound anymore. I guess the car fixed itself.

 

I have the same problem. The fricken noise pisses me off when I have people in the car!

 

yea it hasnt been really hot out so iguess thats the cause of the problem. its so annoying i hate when other people r in the car to and i have to put the window up.

 

Lol at lubing it for a fix, could have done that yourself. I have a clicking sound too but it comes from the motor, guess it needs some lubing as well.
