I posted the thread to see if anybody had a similiar problem with their car or ever heard of the symptoms my car was having. I stated with my first post that i was bringing to the dealer!

if anyone else has a similar problem know they know the pump needs to be replaced asap!

yeah it also could be the rack and pinion that causes problems like that too. It could be many of things.
