Projectors & HID 8k $299.95....Need opinions!

I came across this on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FREE-...Q5fAccessories

I need to know if anyone else has either

1) bought this combo
2) if this is a "Direct Plug & Play" without any other necessary hardware (additioinal wires/plugs/ballasts) needed
3) Reliability & Quality of these projectors & HID kit

Please help me here, i have been considering HID Kits/Projectors/Stock replacements for a while now, but i want some assurance that someone has reviewed this. Looks to good to be true, and usually that means it is. Thanks for all the help & Responses.

If you buy them lemme know how they are these are the ones I am looking at. Why do you think this is too good to be true? Thats about the right price for that. I bought a 6000k HID kit off ebay for my stock housings for $70, have had them for over a year with no issue

While 03 has had good luck with the ebay HIDs, I have gone through three SETS of bulbs and four ballasts from the ebay kits, although i think that was due to how the ballasts were mounted as far as the ballasts going out. I just bought a 175 dollar HID kit from http://store.ijdmtoy.com for 100 through my retailer hookup i have and its been a great kit. The lights are bright and they look completely different than the ebay kits, slim ballasts, and the bulbs are crazy looking. Anyways, just my opinion. The ebay kits arent bad kits, ive just had bad experiences with them.

Look in the lancer show and shine thread, there are a couple people in there that had run the projectors and have pictures up.

I purchased this set about 6 months ago and they have worked flawlessly. That eBay member is top notch as far as customer service.

As far as the product durability I have had no problems, that though, does not stop my car getting hit from deer. A few weeks ago I was slammed by one at about 70MPH on the highway and the driver-side assembly was completely crushed in (projector was separated from the rest of the unit). I contacted that eBay member and she worked with me promptly to get just a drive side assembly even though the manufacturer only sells her pairs. She also upgraded my bulbs from 8K to 10K.

Overall, I have been satisfied with that kit, and from that specific seller. I mean for $300 for a whole HID unit and assemblies you can't really beat it.

Here's the kit on my car..

In fact, these pictures might be on her future ads on eBay.. She asked to use them after our whole ordeal and I gave her permission haha.
