Severe Electrical Issue, Lots of things not working!

Things not working, (no power at all):
Stereo
Dome Lights
Door locks (both from key and the inside switches)

Things that super confuse me:
When the key is turned to accessory position (not on) nothing even lights up!
When the key is fully on, then the switch on the door to lock/unlock works ????????

Things that happend:
I had my middle dome light that was out, so i thought it was a fuse, i went ahead into the fuse box, and got my plyers
I went for the fuse (if i can recal, fuse #9) and before i even was able to pull it, a spark flew!! Then another. tiny sparks, but enough to worry me
I think this might of been caused by my plyers resting on the metal frame before the fusebox, when touching the fuse

The interesting part that happend is, the fuse did not blow.
But this is when hell broke lose. Nothing was working now
Then all those problems came, now all the dome lights are out, radio doesnt have NO power, and key issue is still happeneing

Took it to the dealer, since I have an aftermarket radio, they wont even touch it under warrenty, want 100$ for first hour and $150 each hour after
Took it to a mechanic, had him check all the fuses. all are good. I even swapped a lot of them. Nothing

Could the dealer be right, and it has to be something with the radio instaall (which was installed a year ago), but didnt trigger anything bad untill i tried puling a fuse??

*bangs head* this sux :/

who did the install of the stereo. first place I would start is there.

Your dealership is entirely right. Your stereo is a major upgrade having to do with electronics. If its not done right you have severe issues. All of which is not the responsibility of Mitsubishi.

If you had it installed to a pro, go back and report the issue to them. They may be able to quickly go in there and find out what might be the issue "if" its related to the stereo. Since I dont know how hardcore your stereo is. its to hard to diagnose here.

With pliers is b.c im a dumbass :/, they were needle nose at least
And ya im having a pro audio installer check it out tomorow

Is there any such "reset" mode or something that can reset the computers ecu, like a refresher?

Two more additions:
I unplugged my battery for 20 minutes both connections, and nothing

The screen in the begining (that shows average milage, ect) resets everytime i put my key in
It changes from average mileage back to TRIP A 0.0, then ill drive for 15 miles or so, and when i restart it, its back on TRIP A 0.0, like i unplugged the battery or something :/

I hope none of the wires melted together behind the fuse box, but at the same time, it would be an easy fix, just hard to get to

Did you check the maxifuse/relay compartment in the engine bay?
