there are two look to spend about 20 bucks to replace both... if you dont see any fading or brittleness on the bottom one(the two bolt) you should be fine to reuse. The header can actually be reused as well on na motor. Shouldn't leak... only time i'd say to replace it if you were over 20k miles or if your boosting on stock header then switching to RRM header as the gasket has been exposed to serious heat then and will most likely not reseal.

DO NOT overtorque those nuts. They WILL stretch, strip or snap. I'm fairly certain that's what cause one of mine to break off (as it is a lower bolt and not one of the large ones, therefore it's unlikely that the weight of the turbo and manifold did it alone). All the torquing of the engine on heavy throttle will put a lot of stress on the studs and nuts if you tighten them too much (especially if one is tighter than the others).

Yeah, I don't have the torque specs available at work, but I certainly trust Boe's experience. Gonna be a long time before I get back to this step. I just hope I remember...

Well I put it on today! It is louder like everyone has said around 4-6k RPM. It suonds good below that though with my exhaust and intake.

It does feel a little better in performance though! So that's good. I will take some sound clips later if anyone wants to hear some.

Also, with this SES light... does this make my cars performance go down. And also, if I get the MIL Eliminator will that make the car run better again?

And with the sound... about 4-4.5k RPM's it starts making a real raspy sound like my friends Civic. Is this normal, I don't want it to be the sound of an exhaust leak(which I don't think it is because it only makes the sound from 4k RPM and up which where the performance of the header comes in.) I know it is louder, not sure if it's also suppose to have the raspy noise.

If I get a chance one day, I will get my lazy butt up and get a video clip of the car.

Lucky you don't have the test pipe, I have the raspy tin can sound at lower RPM's.
