Well, I took it into my local Auto Repair shop, and hooked it into a computer. He said the cylinder was mifiring Oh, and he also mentioned my MAS was actually turned backwards...so I turned it the other way and it runs great....pretty funny....ahah...hah...

that was exactly what I thought... I think a couple of us asked if you had the MAS in the right direction . Glad you got it figured out though!

 

ya i had the same problem when i installed my intake, and yes it was because of the MAS too.

Instructions failed to mention you have to put that thing back on , haha.

how do you know if the mas is on backwards? mine is running funny after i cleaned my filter an took it apart an may have ended up puttin the mas on backwards??? my car sometimes wants 2 die an idles very rough an low at times and service engine soon light came on

 

you prolly have it on backwards....turn it around and see what happens

 

Just look at the honeycomb... that should be to the filter side. The mass should also have an arrow on top of it that points the flow direction.
