2003 Lancer ES -ticking sound from the engine after being on for a few minutes?

Does anyone know what this ticking sound is? The car has 86k miles on it and had Alternator belt, Power steering belt and Timing Belt changed at 65k. Is this a belt thats making this sound or what? Its not there until a few minutes after the car has been running (so like once it warms up). Had oil changed about 1000 miles ago.
