Need a new clutch? New mounts maybe?
I am having a similar problem. Never heard in first, but all other gears. For me it happens after the car gets warm. Don't notice it when the car hasn't warmed up yet.

During and after engaging the clutch I will hear a squeaking/squealing noise in the low rpm range. I notice that there isn't as much power transfer when this starts happening too.

Doesn't only happen after shifting either. I can be in third around 3500 rpm and drop to about 2500, then give it some gas and I will hear the squeaking/squealing.

I have 94,000 kms on the original clutch btw.

so about 6 months ago either my alternator belt or my serpentine started squealing. It would only do so when i started my car, but eventually the squeal lasted longer and longer and would randomly squeal when i was driving, turning or not. It would always squeal really bad when it was wet outside. Well, about 2 months ago i got the belts changed and the squealing stopped. However, it started up again. Someone said I probably have a bad tensioner, and that I would need to change my water pump. Any other ideas I should check out?!

Maybe dust on the brake rotors or the brakes need replacement, one last thing it could be is if you recently had your brakes done the didn't "lath or cut" the rotors when they put on your brake pads.

^^ check the belts!!! you probably just need to replace the drive belt and generator belt. look for cracking, dry rotting, etc. it's considered general maintenance to have these replaced around 50-60k along with the water pump

I know this was posted years ago but I have the same problem, just wondering if anyone else has a squeak in their b-pilar and might have tracked it down. Some times it squeaks and sometimes it doesn't. I'm very tempted to tear the pillar apart. Maybe after the photo shoot coming up. I don't think it's the seat belt because I've pulled on it when it was making the noise and it didn't have any effect on the squeak.

***For the guys with the rear sway bar squeaks and creaks, when you lube them with white lithium grease, make sure you use the paste grease (comes in a tub or cartridge) and not the spray on stuff. The spray on washes out too easily. A deep puddle is all it would take. I took mine apart and lubed the heck out of it a couple of years ago and haven't heard from it since. Better to take it apart and deal with it once than to have to get under there with spray grease every time it rains, which is practically daily where I live.

car squeeks like a cracked out bird when the ac is turned on!

So I searched for a bit but did not see anyone with a recent post on this. I am hearing a really crappy continuous squeeking noise whenever I turn on my cars AC (normally hear it loudest when idle at a light). Whats the best solution you have all found to take care of this type of squeak? Is it a belt that needs to be replaced? Thanks for the help.

Ok, first step for both of you is to check your accessory belts.
