hesitation during acceleration

I just recently started having a hesitation problem when accelerating in any gear. I'm going to have to give this a try. I'm hoping that it's just plugs. I'll be honest it feels worse thou. I only have 23,000K on my 06' MR and minor modifications... I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that this works!
