I dunno if that was sarcasm, or if you were serious about RRM customer support. But i said this once, and i'll be more than happy to say it again. Of all the companys I have ever dealt with, (and that includes every company from mitsu dealership to the local walmart) No body has customer service that is no near as close as RRM. Road race's customer support is just handsdown untouchable. There were days when my car was stuck in the rain, pushed into a muddy garage, and i called Gabe (RIP) or Rob and they were on the phone with me and my mechanic for a hell of a long time. Didnt let it rest until the car was running. There were many other times to. When turbo trix BUTCHERED my car and i took my car to a different tuner, but still needed RRM help, guess who i called ON HIS DAY OFF nonetheless. Yea try and go call the owner of any other business on his day off. see what happens...

Rob, Brian, and Gabe are the nicest and handsdown the most helpful people the ralliart community has. And there customer support is 2nd to none. No comparision. If your car isnt at 100% they will help you. They stand by there products. they are all quality products anyway.

I concur. If you don't agree, you haven't dealt with RRM very well and it's likely your fault the service was poor.

Hey Rock,

Thanks very much for referring me to SSP Steve, great guy and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of good and helpful advice on what to check and how to go about solving my problem. I would say it lays with the install, so now i will go over some things and hopefully get it running right and tuned properly. I will do my best to try and take care of it this week as i am very busy with school, but any progress i will keep updated, hopefully soon i can open up that higher profile and let the mivec scream.

Cool. I know a lot but there is nothing like talking to someone who has done the install himself inthe last few months. Glad you are on the way to resolving it.

Our heade comes with valves and makes a huge difference on FI motors. Many customers called us back saying 3rd gear feels like 2nd gear and 4th feels like 3rd!!! Call us and we will explain.
