wow. that makes me wonder about what to do. i should just work on the internals and use patience. hopefully by the time a turbo's in my ride there will be an ecu. thanks for the response!!!

 

So far ECU is the single best mod for the money whether it is 5 speed or automatic. That is my opinion.

So there is absolutely no way to get the ECU and a turbo setup? we can't make the car run richer...like with an atmospheric BOV or some type of other piggyback system(although that would kind of defeat the purpose of getting the ECU)? I'm probably not understanding this correctly please explain it to me if this is the case.

 

Rock just checked the website and both the AUTO and 5speed Ecu's are showing $549?

Rock, are there mods that I NEED to have in order to use it or can the new ecu be installed w/ no other mod requirements (although i just have intake/exhaust)

 

can be installed w/o mods... mods will just get you better results but ecu is best mod there is for NA my .02! Its funny how everyone wanted the ecu for autos then it seems like no one is buying them... only Jslancer who was the guinee pig has one! J' how's the ride still faster than any other auto NA lancer?? Good to know who is the fastest NA lancer now!! Hope RRM doesn't discontinue the ecu's due to this... J that would mean you'd be the only one with it... you'd be the fastest auto NA forever man!! HA!!

 

ROCK here's a question... ever think of doing many things in limited edition style... like the intakes make ecu's, etc. limited.... HA!! Just trying to stay the fastest!! :LOL: :LOL:
