How To Beat A 911 GT2 ..!?!?!
Ok the Evo is an awsome platform to start with ... and I belive with a bit of extras it is capable of handing a 911 an *** kicking.
Here is my question ... what do you think it would take to beat a 911 GT2 in all aspects
1) Power
2) Speed (0-60, 1/4)
3) Top Speed
4) Braking
5) Handling

Even though I'm sure it's possible to make an evo into a porsche-destroyer, do you really think you can afford the upkeep on the gorgeous blonde hotel heiress that will bail on the porsche owner for you in your heavily modified evo? Now we're getting to the heart of the matter . . . . .

Why can't anyone just answer his question. Here ya go
2002 GT2
General Information
Price: $192,000
Miles Per Gallon: 13/20 mpg
Curb Weight: 3175 lbs
Layout: Rear-Engine/RWD
Transmission: 6-Speed Manual
Engine
Type: Twin-Turbo Flat-6
Displacement: 3600 cc
Horsepower: 483 bhp @ 5700 rpm
Torque: 472 lb-ft @ 3500-4500 rpm
Redline: 6750 rpm
Performance
0-60 mph: 3.9 sec
0-100 mph: 8.9 sec
Quarter Mile: 12.0 sec @ 121 mph (I've seen 11.9)
Skidpad: 1.00g
Top Speed: 196 mph
Braking, 60-0 mph: 110 ft
Slalom Speed: 69.8 mph
I would say a good 18K (mentioned below) and a great driver to beat it.

stage 2 vishnu or ATP turbo kit with 3071 will do the job. I have killed 911s turbo and many many ferraries

See I was comparing stock #'s of the Evo to the GT2 and dont get me wrong there is a gap ... but not a ton. 60-0 braking is only like 9 feet, 1/4 is off but 1.3 sec, ect.
I know for top speed it would probly take a ton of $ but in most other aspects I was thinking a Vishnu Stage 3 + Better Brake Pads + coilovers + sways + and the 6 speed in the MR and you could be damn close.
