Well, I am buying a Chrysler

There were no preconceptions, it just seemed like a good thing to buy because the price was right.
I realized it was the wrong car after drving down a friend's gravel driveway and hearing the 'tink-tink-tink' of pea gravel hitting the wheel wells. It had none of the sound deadening necessary to make it tractable. Knocking my knuckles on the rear door jamb produces a sound similar to banging on a Rubbermaid trash can. It is simply not built with the material quality or rigidity that I have become accustomed to. I admit that I bought the wrong car, but I do not complain to Mitsubishi, I just take my dollars elsewhere.

Also remember, the body panels are light weight for performance reasons but the frame is rock solid. I've seen videos of an Evo rolling at least 10 times and the passengers getting out and walking away.
That Said the 300C also did treal well in crash tests. So that is a testament to modern construction techniques.
Anyway, enjoy the new car and remember to wave at any Evo's you see... it might be me!!

This forum will be better off with you in your Chrysler tank, and then you can go and complain about that as you probably have done zero research again.

I work at a dealership I had the chance to drive that new 300C. It looks like a nice imitation of a bentley, but did not impress me one bit. The car feels about as heavy as a 8000lb lead weight and handles like one too. From a dead stop to about 20mph it felt like it almost had the same acceleration as my 1st gear in my Lancer, but in the upper RPMs it gets fast. The interior is the cheapest made interior I have seen on any car. I rate it equivilent to the Kia Spectra. I was cleaning the interior of the 300C and the plastic scratches so easily. The rivets in my blue jeans even made ugly scratches in the leather seats. What kind of quality is that? My moms co-worker just bought the new hemi powered 300C and she drives 50 miles to work one way, and after 80k miles the car is already wore out and she had to get a new one. This time she went with the new Infinity G35 and loves it. From my personal experiences with family members and friends having chrystlers only lasting for about 60k to 80k miles and falling apart, I would not go with one of their products. If I was go with with a luxury car, my favorite one to drive is the new Cadillac CTS and STS. I drove the XLR too and loved it, but its more of a sports car with only 2 seats.
