Lets make another thread showing another commonly fast car doing a quarter mile. There has to be at least 150 of those per year on evom. Old news. Show us something we haven't seen. Until then, just put videos like that in the video thread.

It is impressive, but definitely less so with the AMS Evo video out.

 

First is that street legal? and you know, road ahead of you is not always straight path.

 

and you know, you aren't always driving hard enough to need the racing bucket seats in the EVO either...

try to appreciate it for what it is rather than searching for reasons to tear it down.
You don't get into the nines without making compromises somewhere, and you never can tell after all...
Ever hear of the Tiburon with 2 engines and AWD? People can do crazy stuff to cars sometimes...

What the EVO does is very impressive, but if Mitsubishi can do it, there are certainly other people out there who can do it as well. It's nearly pointless to argue between cars after you start modifying them. Stock EVO handles better than stock mustang? I agree with that.

These are definitely insane cars. Tell you what though, if you think working on the evo is a tight squeeze under the hood then try finding some space in one of these
