Yep, quite a few supras in that 1400rwhp range. Woon being the fastest street car with a 6spd running 8.70's, and Kean running 7.90's@180mph in a automatic race car etc etc. I could post vids of both if you are interested.

Flying around curvy roads without knowing what is ahead is kinda----unsafe.

that's it? Titan has been pushing 1800rwhp Supras for several years now. Look 4 Jonah in the black one down here in FL. eats turbo hayabusas all day long & wife even gets groceries in it...

Again show me a dyno! We've had this argument before all of the fastest supra's are pushing 1400-1500whp I've never heard of a 1800whp 2JZ....in fact go post it on Supraforums.com so I can watch people say how full of crap you are.

This is stupid.

Do you think people on here don't realize more displacement = more power potential? I guess there are so many stroker motors around because no one knows that.

When did it become your job to educate "ricers" about the power potential of big inch motors? I'm pretty sure we've all seen that when we watch top fuel racing.

If I want to post 9 second pump gas viper vids I will, 8 second TT street driven Corvette vids I will, again if you don't like it don't click.

Jasil how haven't you been banned yet, damn I guess your like a cough that won't go away. Always in such a rush to compare our cars to Vipers and Supras that have been around in the States so much longer than the EVO, imagine if the EVO had been around since 1991. Also the fact that it is even possible to compare a 2.0L 4-Cylinder to 8.0-8.3 Liter 10-Cylinder, just shows how amazing the EVO is. Also 1400WHP and 169mph traps isn't as impressive as you might think.

Maybe because I'm posting in the other cars thread? Do I post a thread like the stupid AMS EVO spammers on Svtperformance.com and say "Suck on this now ha ha ha told the AMS EVO was fast 9.2@160mph what ya gonna say now?"

I'm posting videos of fast cars most of them are V-8's and some are supras. Am I saying the EVO sucks right after? No, I'm not. The worst you will hear out of me "Boy, V-8's on pump gas are awesome aren't they or in the end displacment rules."

If you don't like the videos don't watch them.

Don't worry I won't. By the way it's not what you are posting is inappropriate, it's your attitude.

God, I love the ignore list.

This is not correct. Titan's motor program does power several of the quickest and fastest 2JZ-powered cars in the world, but none of them make a verified 1800 WHP. The closest to that would be the Titan Scion tC Pro RWD car which runs 6.40 at 220 MPH, but only weighs 2350 lbs. That said, there are several 1000+ WHP Supras running the Titan motor program or the Titan stroker components.

this car truely is a beast. I've seen it run here locally at the Albuquerque National Dragstrip, and it hauls a** down the track, but I can't remember what the times were, but I remember it was really quick and they had to put big bags of ice on the turbos between runs to cool it down. It's a very beautiful and well engineered car though!!

I like how there are alot of Cobra lovers on this forum. I'm sure they respect our cars as much as we respect theirs (note: sarcasm). The Cobra guys hate on EVOs probably more than any other import, and more than any car besides LS1s.

BTW, aside from a TT 1000 hp Cobra, I bet that 99% of Cobras (modified or not) will lose to an Evo on the street (from a dig) with 2.3L, GT35, methanol injection, AEM, and the other supporting mods.

$20K would be a bit steep for the mods he mentioned. do you consider $5K kenny bell blowers bolt-on? i know some cobra guys do and i think it's hilarious! i guess a GT35R kit is a bolt-on for me then! it does just bolt right on the head.
