Evo VS Boxster

Okay, typical scenario. I'm driving along minding my own business and out of nowhere come this Scottsdale brat driving an a$$ tore Porsche Boxter, revving up and leering out his window at me like a goon. Myself displaying an uncharacteristic level of civil obedience, with two car seats in the back, I begrudgingly had to let it slide.

Anyway, question is, could he have beaten the mighty IX or was he really just an idiot? Should I send him a speedworld invite or keep my tail between my legs?

Don't even need to bother with him. It'll be a waste of gas.

Do you know what model of Boxter he was driving? Either way you would have smoked him or her

If at a stop light, the Boxter may have a small advantage but after twenty to thrity feet, you would see the Boxter in your rear view mirror.

Boxters are no game....they are nice cars but easy to beat. You made the right choice by not racing cause street racing is dangerous and it's not worth it, specially with kids or any family in the car.

That is what I thought from looking at the Boxster specs. The ego boost definately not worth risking the little ones. Wish I could have schooled him, though...

If you were on the highway...you would've been very disappointed unless you have a big turbo. I ran my VIII vs my Boxster on a local track and from a roll at 80 to about 130 the boxster pulled about a length and a half. Just some food for thought. From a dig the Box has no chance, however. The car is all top end.

I rip them apart in my GS400, and that's pretty damn sad.

Evo would have torn his door panels off. Don't waste your time on those idiots because I completely agree with post #8, other than the fact he has bad spelling.
