^^^ Yeah, if BMW decides to offer the factory LSD and if they dare to launch the 6 psiton calipers front and 4 piston calipers rear then we are talking about major competition for expensive supercars for road racing.

I have seen the 6 piston calipers already and they are just ridiculous. Keep in mind the 335i equals the Evo on braking and it only has a single or dual piston, imagine 6 pistons and lesser weight.

lets make sure we are in the same page... 13.6"rotors with 6 piston calipers

BMW did release the pricing of the 135i at the LA auto show: $35,675. http://www.autospies.com/news/LA-Aut...-images-23237/

300 horses, twin turbo'd with some nice options and awesome interior. Mitsubishi really needs to be careful about pricing or some Evo owners might jump ship. If they price the new MR above $35k then I would definitely start cross shopping BMW. Not to mention the 335i with a base price of $40k.

The general public still view Subaru and Mitsu as non-luxury cars and some even see them as economy cars and will not be willing to pay the $$$. I remember when the VIII first came out and everyone said it was such a bargain at <$30k. Then the prices started creeping up and up each year. It's like the $70k VW Phaeton, no one bought it because for that price they could get a BMW, Mercedes, Jag, etc.

well, the evo 9 gsr was about 32 or 33k, and the mr was about 36 or 37, so they went above 35K already

Please tell me where this $349 ECU module is going to come from. The Vishnu one for the 335i is $1300, and the Dinan flash is like $2000.

I built one today on the bmwusa web site, and if you skip the frills, this car is very affordable.

Yesterday, I got an email for the redesigned BMWUSA.com website.

135i starts at $34,900 before delivery, right about where most people were speculating.
