2006 Ninja 650r Water pump Help

Ok I have finally got the housing and the seals. I had a leak from the weep hole and now its no better with the new parts. Bit worse actually. It POURS out when its warm and drips when its cold. Here is are 2 videos of what is going on. I had the seals installed by a mechanic.

When you put the propeller on do you have the white part of the seal inside facing or do you install it in the propeller? that is the only thing I can think of... Everything else is installed .. I put new everything on there. Please PLEASE HELP..

Click on the pics to see it in action..

Well I took it apart and then noticed this scrape. Looks like prior owner mangeled this but idk if this would be the leak issue. I think I need to take it to a shop at this point. Not sure I will be able to fix this. Here are the pics.

A gouge like that could easily cause it to leak. Most machine shops should be able to take care of it.
