Hated to lose the performance, but now I get to drive my fun car more often.
The whole family fits in this one.
Picked up a 2011 Shelby GT500 converible last weekend. It has the optional Electronics package and the SVT Performance package. I really love the bells and whistles that the electronics package offers. And I must say that Ford knows how to tune an exhaust system. It sounds really good out of the box. If anyone knows a good forum for GT500 or general Mustang performance information, please let me know. There are lots of Mustang forums, but I just need good information without alot of fanboy chatter. Here's some pics.
Cheers,
James

(Extreme performance) X (only 4,500 miles/year) = (X amount of fun)
OR
(Great performance) X (probably 12,000 and up miles/year) = (X amount of fun)
For me, the bottom equation outweighs the top equation. Will miss the Vette though.

Having owned an Evo, I must say that I did consider going back to one. A stock X or IX better not be able to "smash" on me. If one does, I will have to rethink my driving expertise. Originally Posted by OneCrzyEvo21

Too true. Once you throw in modifications, all bets are off.Originally Posted by OneCrzyEvo21
