Anyone switch from evo to 335i coupe?
If you do get a 335 one thing don't go crazy modding. it. Cuz we can tell if you messed with sys or not. Cuz I voided warrantys on a couple. If you can stay away from all chips n standalones unless you got $$$ to fix ur car if anything goes wrong. So good luck withe buy.
The car is fun for sure.. We made 400/428 on pump with just bolt on's and the Procede.
ETS DC Intake
ETS Downpipes
ETS Exhaust System
ETS Intercooler
ETS Charge Pipe
Procede V5 Autotune
All plug and play and let her rip! The car feels amazing for a 92 octane pump gas car.

Full Bolt on's and pump gas.
These cars do have a fuel pump recall and injector recall for certain models. I have never had a failure and my car has 53k on it. They did replace my fuel pump though for the recall. The wasetgates may also rattle, but the v5 can adjust the electronic wastegates and stop the rattle

another thing i dont like about the 335 , is some dont have oil coolers, and the later models if not all ( i cant remember ) lack limited slip , although on the older ones , one can be added on rather easily .
Never owned a any BMW but several Audi's
I switched from an S4 to the Evo, I miss the luxury features especially the heated seats. 4 consecutive Audi's as DD's prior, but I do really like the rawness of the Evo. If I were looking at more of a luxury car but liked the Evo I'd look at a 2010-11 S4 or a few year old RS4. Keep in mind my first standard flash tune on the S4 was $600 downpipes were $1500 just for the pipes then you had to drop the sub frame to get them on 8 hours of labor, Hard intake pipe was $349 min $1000 minimum for a quality exhaust. BMW will definately be more expensive... But at the same time I've enjoyed driving every Audi and BMW I've ever driven. Go with what you want, but take time to think about it so you have no regrets.
the bare bones m3 is pretty bare bones. and still 55k. a fully loaded 335 wont crack 50, and have stuff like leather, comfort access, nav. if your buying the m3 for the performance, buy an evo and save 25k for mods. the m3 is a super sweet ride, but its the little things that make it nice. like smart key, nav, premium package etc... in my mind, you wont be spending less then 63k on a new m3. although depreciation is awful on them. you can pickup an 08 model loaded for low 40's already.
