Thinking of selling my evo..

So I bought my Evo new and I still enjoy the car but its starting to lose some of the excitement. I have taken it to a few pdxs and it was a lot of fun but, alas I keep comparing it to my S2000 and so I am missing the rawness of the S2k. So I am leaning towards a another rear wheel drive car. Any ideas on how I can re kindle my love for it or should I just sell it and get something rear wheel drive.

hehe yea i was thinking about trying to get an evo 9. But they are kind of pricey and are hard to come by. I just feel like when im driving the evo it just feels so heavy.

For the record, there aren't many cars out there that will match the S2000 for what you're looking for

I felt the same way about my 3rd Gen Rx7. Try to find someone local who will let you drive their 8/9. You will be surprised at the difference -500lbs makes.

hehe I have a friend who has a 9 rs but I doubt he will let me drive it. Because its his baby but maybe I can ask and see what he says. I don't know him all that well, he is more of an aquaintence at work. But we both like cars so maybe he will! Don't get me wrong vtec is far from boost! I love the power of the evo just the x feels so big and heavy.

Why not just buy an AP1? I've seen them go anywhere from $6k-$8k frequently

ive had both an s2000 and im on my 2nd evo IX

i had a 2006 evo first, sold it went through a couple cars, bought an 06 s2000, then a couple more cars including a 2011 audi s4, and a 2015 m3.

im back into an evo IX as they are very hard to beat as an all around fun car, the evo rotates so easily and imo it is very hard to beat. of all the cars ive ever owned the evo is the only one i regret selling
