Got to weigh some S550 Mustangs. These Voodoo powered cars are no joke.

Man. Heavy. I thought ford was initially claiming 3650lbs on the "base" 350.

Mustang drivers are in the DSM crowed equivalent to Civic drivers in the JDM crowed. There is always one...
Why , because they always feel they have to prove something....

never mind the style of the car body almost everyt time , like plastic window shades, hoodscops , stripes , flames you name it . lol

Sorry Seth I couldn't hold it back. Believe me it was a struggle for a while. But i feel much better now . LOL

A Mustang GT is definitely not my choice in car, and never has been. That R, however, is a bonafide track star, built without an inch of compromise, and worthy of huge respect in any circle of performance automotive enthusiasts.

The R would wipe the tarmac with a lot of cars that cost thousands upon thousands more. I'm not a domestic fan, but **** if that car isn't amazing.

Which ones? I don't think it would "wipe the tarmac" with something like the Porsche GT3.

He didn't say it'd wipe the tarmac with a GT3, just cars costing thousands more. The Z/28 did the same, punching way above its weight class, and the R is proven faster on track.

What will it do it with then? a GT3 is a direct model comparison, a track car for the street except MSRP is over double. But, add in the dealer mark up that GT350 is getting and they get much closer in price. A dealer here is marking them up to over $90k, and they're selling...lol
