The SRT-4 is very nice, in many ways. My brother has one, and the only thing negative thing I can say is that it's FWD...the wheel hop is VERY hard to control...Dodge is doing it right though...they've got their own stages of modifications, ALL WARRANTIED!

I like the car great value, if you look now there are two in the 15.5k range used less than 10k. I have gotten a chance to drive one and have nothing but praise for it.

It all depends on what you want.

...if you could afford $30k for an EVO, its the most fun for the buck currently avaliable.

Cha-ching...$0.02

youre insane.... Integra over an SRT-4? why? The SRT-4 doesnt handle that bad and since it's so light, you can always work on the suspension. You'll get more respect from an srt-4 than any used/old integra. If you start modding old integra, not unless you go all out and have tons of money, your integra going to look rice and sound like one too. I say the hell with integra and go for the SRT-4. It's not the best looking car in the world, but it's not that bad. And any turbo OEM car is always better than an N/A, especially when they have the same engine displacement. I say you wait alittle longer, I think a better version of all the performance cars are stilling to pick up faster and better version of the current ones are sure to come. Sit back and enjoy the ride, their will be more for you. Trust me...

This is a topic outside of OT so mods are more strict about keeping to topics especially when it comes down to a pissing match like there was here. Also the guy who got warned resorted to name-calling towards just about everyone who disagreed, which is a warnable offense. IMO mods didn't step outta line here, since the thread's now back on topic and much more civil than it was.

wow....so really you're doing those times with not a heck of a lot of high-brow performance mods....that's good news......I'd like to see what it'll do with a Stage II and some race gas

I was part of a modless forum. **** went south with all sorts of catfights within two weeks. It's really not pleasant stuff to read.

IMO, remove the wing and get rid of the dual exhaust and I would trade in the wifes car in a heartbeat.

If you have the extra 10 grand buy the evo because the AWD drivetrain is worth every penny. It saves lives and gives us amazing traction with street tires.

If you don't have the extra 10 grand you will love the SRT-4 if you are looking for a Mustang/camaro type car with a turbo. It's a strait line car with excellent value.

those are both really easy to do.....if that's all that's holding you back you should go do trade it in now! I'd wait on the exhaust though....once you hear how sweet it sounds you'll wanna keep it

Well I can't just sit here and let you guys bash my car so badly. haha. Well in the main question I would have to go with the SRT. Mainly because of experience. I was going to street legal import in miami and got lost and some rx-7s were going so I followed them. I am not sure if they were tt but I raced them on the highway and I beat 3 out of 4 the last one had some work done and I am still stock. Someone said that 200whp in a front wheel drive car was not cool(or something in other words). Well I know you guys have your AMS car(which is hella badass). we have our 500 wonder too http://www.turbochargers.com/forumuploads/500hp.wmv
give the car some respect. We respect yours.

I knew this car was fast, but I didn't know the top speed is 153 mph! Yikes, that beats a stock WRX. Excellent bang for the buck especially with a Qaife LSD....
