I got a chance to test drive a Tesla Plaid last weekend, and it’s insane! The acceleration is like nothing I’ve ever experienced, even compared to high-performance bikes I’ve ridden. If you love speed, it’s worth every penny.

in reality, I’m sure it’s a reasonable car to live with if someone who wants it can afford to do so. It’s just not for me, and if had that kind of dough…you’d catch me in a Mercedes-Benz S Class 😎.

 

having babies without having sex is really the best analogy. tesla is what happens when people with no interest in cars want to make cars and have the money to do it. the tesla model plaid is a glorified appliance that completely disconnects you from the experience of driving. sure it goes fast but they're ugly and all look the same, handle like ***, and are overly dependent on teslas proprietary software. meanwhile 20 year old evos still hold their value, have a thriving dedicated community, and are still relevant in numerous types of motorsports. not sure why everybody loves comparing electric to combustion, its really apples to oranges like comparing motorcycles and SUV's. lol
