Swapping an Engine in a 97 Eclipse GS.

Okay so I have a 97 Eclipse GS Manuel and I was wondering would it be worth the money to do an engine swap with a rebuilt 97 GS-T engine or no? and......I heard alot of people saying the 1g engines were better for modifieing but how hard would it be to get a 1g turbo engine to work in my car? What would have to be bought?

Not worth it, better off getting a GS-T to begin with.

It's been said more than once and I am sure it will be said again, but your are better off selling your GS and find a GST rather than do an engine swap. Just think about it(the cost, time, headache)
