this scamer never send me a turbo that i bought, i'll wrote to him almost 3months, and he was saying that he lost job, he must move to other city, not have time, not have money etc, and month ago he stoped wrote me back
he screw me on 660$ and i miss the date to wrote to paypal ;/

I don't know how banks work in Poland but have you contacted your bank?

Well you can at least talk to them and see if there is any course of action you could take to try to get your money back. I know that you a certain amount of time from the transaction date to file a dispute.

 

yes, it's 45 days and i missed this,
i belived him, that he lost his job and he had problems but it was bull s..., i didn't think that somebody with such a good feedback can cheat somebody (me)

 

i got scammed and it was more than 45 days so im taking him to court. does anybody know if i can still do that?

 

Here is a pic of his cars license plate hopefully if worst comes to worst and you have to file something. Police can get his identity and location.

That is pretty smart on your part to out up the LP pic. Hopefully the poor guy in Poland can get his money back. I had an issue several years ago with a member on here. I found out what university that they went to. Since they were using a school e-mail as they paypal address I was able to file a complaint with the campus police,as well as paypal, and with a Evo m mod. Once their FS threads were locked they got off their *** and gave me back my money.
