You say that you mailed the whole battery kit back. You have a statement from Projektevo that it didn't all arrive. So, I assume that you have filed a claim with the shipper, yes? I mean, it was insured, right?

 

I didn't insure it since I didn't think it would some how end up MISSING PARTS. Everyone is pointing fingers at me but yet no one is pointing any at Projektevo. I feel like he is saying he didn't receive a whole kit just because he doesn't have the money to refund back to me. I have no reason at all to keep a tie down.
