How do you know this? (Including: how do you know that the seller told the shipper to interrupt delivery and return the item?) Can you document this?

I have never heard of a case where a shipping company not only allowed a sender to interrupt delivery and return the item to the sender, but also made (successful) delivery documentation available. If what you said actually happened, this thread could be as much about R&L as OldG.

 

Idk he told them to send the item back to him. But case is not done yet. Will update.

 

On their page it said the item was delivered. But it has not. I called them and paypal is working on getting my money back.

 

We knew a Michael...he had sent us a head for some CNC work and never paid up...never sent the caps either so the heads junked....and he sent it with pitted and detonated combustion chambers galore. Accepted the estimate then never paid for it.
