why cant you just dispute it with paypal? it was not sent as a gift anyways?

I am... Mr flips said he would settle the dispute so paypal keeps trying to yank the funds from his account. 3 days to try 3 days to wait rinse then repeat.

Final Update

PayPal refunded my money. Not cause of QuickFlips. So PayPal found in my favor. Thanks for everyone that posted. I hope people find this thread and never purchase from quickflips if he sells anything on this forum on any other again...
