nope. timing belt would be too big a hassle plus if it is a piston ring id have a lot more trouble on my hands. so imma try and get either my money back from the dealer even tho i bought it as is, or just try and get 15-16k for it. :\

got most of it back together, jus a lil bit of the wiring, intake, uicp, battery. and i broke off the bolt that holds the turbo oil line to the head, not sure how easy those r to get ahold of.

well, idk how its all gonna go after i fix it up but pretty much try and get what money i can back from the dealer, then since i owe 10k to navy fed somehow do sumthing to get them to send the title back to them, then take the money to you if you're willing, and somehow have your title back to navy fed. idk the confusiuon between all that. but its gonna be a lil hectic for me

Did a little searching and wasnt able to find anything specifically for VA on test pipes and special circumstances, i know they arent emissions friendly. My cars have always been registered out of state so ive never had to do an emissions test but my luck as soon as i get the test pipe ill get the call so what do you guys do?

Just take the test-pipe off, and put a cat back on, then put the test-pipe back on after you pass. Does not take long to swap it out.

Im buying new bride seats, Voltex Widebody.. And going to take it down for winter and send out the drivetrain to shep racing to get redone.
