Your name Carlos?

But you sure do hang out in our parking lot quite a bit.

And we're quite happy not to work on your car.

Cory was talking to me, and no my name is not Carlos. And no, i dont hang out in your parking lot alot. Only when there is free food, and when my friends are at the BBQs.

Everyone please make sure to stay on topic. Leave all the drama out of it and help out the guy who is in need. There are a lot of good shops within the Mid-Atlantic area. I've dealt with Atlantic and CBRD when it came to our project car and both have done a great job. I don't have experience with other shops but from the sounds of it DTM would also be another shop to consider as well as ISP. I think for a simple oil change you really can't go wrong with choosing any of the recommendations here.

I agree that any shop in the area can do a respectable oil change. The only thing that can go wrong there is (1) wrong oil, (2) wrong filter, (3) over-tightening/stripping the drain plug (beware of quick change oil places), (4) under-tightening the drain plug so it leaks or falls out. If you specify the oil and filter, don't go to a quick change place, and keep an eye on the oil level at every fill-up, you'll be fine.

I change my own oil because I'm picky about oil choice and filter choice and the amount of time driving back and forth to a shop for this is about the same as the amount of time to do the job yourself. The only tiresome thing is getting rid of the used oil.

Get yourself 6 qts of good synthetic 10w-30 oil, a high quality filter (not a Fram!), some rhino ramps, a funnel, a drain pan, a wrench for the drain plug (either 14mm or 17mm offset box end works well, can't remember the size), some disposable rubber gloves, and something to put the used oil in (Walmart 5-gallon plastic gas can) and you'll be set.

Good luck.

Thank You for help..... I also need MD state Inspection for tag.... I talked to Cory this morning and he said he can't do inspectoin.... so I dropped my car at inpection station near my home.... hope they don't have too much fun with my car ... I probably do oil change by myself or do it at AMS.....

never leave your car some where unless it s a major service. they will joyride with it. always wait so you can see what they do with your car. also remember the milage on your car when your drop it off and check it before you leave so if they put 50 miles on your car you can ask why?

off the topic, If mitsubishi dealer sold car with illegal tint, then it's buyer fault right???
