I just passed last August running a test pipe. If you use the spark plug foulers to pull the O2 sensor out of the exhaust a bit you shouldn't throw a CEL.

what size non-foulers did you use, and did you have to make any other changes?

Same here, passed mine the past three years with a test pipe. Forget where I got my CEL eliminator, but it spaces it out about a half inch.

I don't remember off the top of my head. Its been 5 years since I installed the exhaust, but that is the only thing that I had to change.
