Plan on 100 cars, which will be the limit, less cars, More driving time for the rest of us! The high HP cars I doubt can win the autoX, watch out for the underdog classes to smoke this event! and the High HP cars to get to 100 quickest, but stop the longest, etc.. IT'S anyones race! Rules/regs and time lines to follow tom. or tues.

The classes have to be fine tuned and more specific ie:

LANCER NON-TURBO CLASS
AWD TURBO
AWD TURBO MODIFIED
AWD TURBO UNLIMITED
STREET TURBO STOCK (2 wd)
STREET TURBO MODIFIED(2wd)
STREET TURBO UNLIMITED(2wd)
STREET ALL MOTOR
STREET ALL MOTOR MODIFIED
STREET ALL MOTOR UNLIMITED

STREET USA STOCK
STREET USA MODIFIED
STREET USA UNLIMITED


CLASS DEFINITIONS:
Stock=Stock
Modified= Intake/ECU FLASH/lowering springs/exhaust
Unlimited= Intake/ECU flash/engine mods:cams etc/Suspension (coilovers)parts not listed in modified section. turbo upgrade etc...
When you register, you must register by the class you fall into!!!

I added to my modifications this past weekend putting a manifold on my VII. This shouldnt change the class that i am in should it?

If so no big one but, i am ready now!

OOOPPPS! yes the still is a lancer non-turbo class I just forgot to add it!

 

Check out your user CP (link up top) and you can setup your account to show X number of posts per page. You're in newb view, which is 10 per page, but you can set it to show as many as 100 posts. Great if you're on broadband and it'd make this thread 4 pages long instead of 46.

Something I thought of this morning, do you guys plan to setup a "stop point" on the 0-100-0 course? A point where a car needs to start brakng if it hasn't reached 100 yet, so they don't run out of runway and get in trouble. Don't know if there will be any cars there that will have a hard time cresting 100 or not.

 

I will be calculating the next couple of days, but there will be an absolute point of no return, whereas you must stop no matter what speed you are at. remember, a Fun event! I dont want to go "down-range" and pick your teeth off a tree if you go off course!

 

so i JUST read about this today..i thought it was a weekend when i went home..but it's not, it'll be the weekend after finals for me and ill be able to make it cause i have to stay for a couple days the week after.

Who wants to pick me up, and maybe let me drive their car on the autox course?
