First link - dealer says no mods have been done but the heat shield doesn't look like the 2005 factory shield according to the pics I've seen.

Second Link - dealer said no mods but the air intake pipe is blue and about 3-4" in diameter and that isn't stock.

 

first one looks stock to me, but i see what you mean about the heat shield

the second one the UICP is not stock. cant tell if its an aftermarket pipe or just a replacement version of the stock ? never seen an aftermarket UICP with the stock airbox. if its aftermarket i bet the LICP isnt stock either, so id vote not stock.

 

white RS has a cd player and so forth. I also doubt it's actually 8K on it. Interior shows a lot of wear. And if the miles are true, so miles came really hard on that car
