I wouldn't go around trying to shift without the clutch. It won't do anything but risk causing tranny damage.
BTW, Paul, you'll still go through a twin disc pretty quick if you launch at every light and daily drive it. I guess the one advantage is you can rebuild it for about half the price as a new twin disc. It's still more $ than putting in a new ACT though.

Yes that is exactly what you do. But like Eli says you can easily destroy your synchros. It is nice if you have a old beater to practice in, or you can just do it like I say and use the clutch. Basically you should get to the point that you do not feel the clutch engage. It should feel better than an automatic when shifting.

I might drop by one or the other for a minute, I haven't quite decided yet. Import day is usually a huge disappointment.

Yes indeed. But the bracket racing is fun, even though I loose first round by breaking out EVERYTIME!!!

Get out in front of the car you are racing then tap the brakes at the end. If your dial is low enough to where you would break out everytime you can lure your opponent into breaking out. Only works with rookies though.

Since I know some of you guys are Warrtalon fans I thought you might like this. It made me LOL.

I don't understand the OP driving around on the street with 44/40psi. I would understand that if he were autocrossing maybe.
Someone should ask him for those times...

I was hoping Warrtalon would be at WWIII so we could see just how skilled he is. He was picked to run..but backed out.
BTW, if anyone wants to go up to Indy with me and Greg we'll be leaving sometime Friday evening. I've been trying to get the car ready all week. Ran into a few issues though. Someone on Evom sold me injectors for an Evo that weren't correct. Luckily the owner of FIC is helping me out and is second day airing me a correct set and taking the incorrect injectors back for a full refund.
Got my 10.5 hotside and tubular O2 housing on. Monday I'm driving up to Buschur. Anyone want to ride along?..I'll be leaving at 4:30am

I DON'T LAUNCH.....I accelerate to the speed limit.....quickly.

I won't be doing any of that any more. The EVO is going to be my fun car. I will be driving the Jeep when I get home.

Oh just for an update.....My son Zach is crawling now. He is growing so fast and I am missing it all. We bought a new house this week. Life is going well for the family.
