I would think so. He wants to meet all of the people he can so that he can get some mechanic and tuning work.

For those just tuning in....

MEET
Location: Newport on the Levee, near Hooters, in the East lot
Date: Sat, 24 July (This coming weekend)
Time: after 1pm

Just wanted to thank Paul for helping me out last week with some springs for my coilovers, not to mention helping me install them in his garage.

I broke a front coil on my JICs and the only spare springs I had laying around were some 6k springs that originally came on the rear of my DSM. They were so soft that the car was riding on the bumpstops and felt like it was going to fly apart at any second. Paul had his original JIC 8k springs laying around (same rate that broke on my Evo) so we tossed them in and the car is good as new now. Sorry I can't make the meet, we are having a Bday party for my girls that day.

Any time Nick. Let me know when you want to do that turbo install. (time permitting). We can get you running in the upper 10s for sure. (well...hopefully).

So my suspension stuff is all in. The following is going to get done this week.

1450cc injectors
Fuel pump mod
Valve cover gasket replacement (mine leaks a little)
Re-torque the head studs
Coil overs install
Whiteline reat anti toe kit install
Whiteline front sway bar end links install
Whiteline Roll Center kit install

Anyone care to come over and give a hand? It will be hot and sweaty work for sure.

I bought a break bender a bit ago. I am going to try and mass produce some cold air boxes. You will be amazed at the better fuel mileage it allows.

BUSY BUSY....UGH!

Curious to know your mod list. High dollar doesn't always mean high performance......i.e. ARC

Hey guys. Just had my new wheels installed by a place here in town that everyone seemed to recommend, and this was the result. Would you guys consider this normal install wear-and-tear, or unacceptable damage?

I made a thread in the X's wheel forum, so pics are over there:

PM me your mod list. Some parts can be difficult to tune properly but that doesn't mean they're junk. Some parts are poorly made and can hinder proper performance. Almost anything can be tuned regardless. All my mods and hp are in my sig and I tuned it myself on e85. Ive run 12.04 this year and am pretty sure ill touch 11's on a warmer day.
