I'm checking in from my hotel in Plainfield IN, just down the road from Putnam Park. The weather is supposed to be awesome tomorrow, so I'm breaking out the Hoosiers!

Killed one of the Hoosiers today, and only took two sessions to completely warp my front rotors. I guess it's time for some ducting and 2-piece rotors.... The faster I get the more expensive this becomes.

If anyone is interested I have just ordered the cable from tactrix and downloaded the openecu software. Let me know if you are wanting to do the e-flash from dynoflash maybe we can hook up and test this when it comes in a few days.

It alows you to download and flash your ecu. You use the openecu software to program or you can email your file to dynoflash and for $49 get a map from them to install. no more mailing your ecu to them to flash. And no more down time.

I ordered a cable too. Unfortunately I will be in Kuwait soon so I won't be able to use it. I wouldn't recommend doing any flashing without some datalogging software and a wide band. You can easlily create issues. Also if you are going to do the EcuFlash, please, please read on how to use it, and make sure you fully inderstand every parameter before atempting to flash other peoples cars.

A few things you can easily do with the software is to remove the top speed limiter, raise the rev limiter and remove boost cut. Thes will be great for those of you that have piggy back systems, boost controllers, cams...etc.

I am officially leaving for duty in the next couple days. I will check up on you all from time to time. Pray for me as I go fight for our country.

Paul

So is anybody going to edgewater for import car day? Or is everyone going to auto x? I have to work so I can not make it to auto x in time to register and race but I can make it to edgewater in time. Let me know if anybody is interested in going.

Do you have more info on the import day? What time does the racing start? It's Sunday isn't it? I have things I have to do early that day..
