GET A TUNE. If you have the Evo X MR and running the stock map- your missing the real evo ( it needs a TUNE)
My car never bumps off the rev limiter. It changes first around 7500, rest of the gears at 7000. No bouncing

yes it does it in auto i have a 2010 mrt.
i assume it does it because it spools up 1k quicker then my stock setup tho
AEM CAI, and cobb turbo inlet sure allowed that to happen. Only when i really punch it and hold will it knick the limiter for a split second and shift.
Then again people blow their sst all the time launch controllin her, and ive done mine 200+ times at the track lol

mine will hit the limiter if I floor it when im near the end of a gear...IE 40 mph it will grab second, probably bounce off the limiter, and then grab third.
