Preventive maintenance for the SST worth the cost?

Looking for opinions on whether or not to spend some extra money on maintenance even though the EVO may not need it.
Here's the service detail on what I was looking at:
1. Oil and external filter change.
2. Firmware upgrades and teach in.
3. Gearbox strip and clean, replace internal filter
4. Replace clutch plates with Dodson supersport plates
I've bought a used 2010 EVO X MR with 35,000 miles on it. I hit 37,000 today. The car hasn't had any service to the SST. No filter or fluid change. I plan on keeping the car stock minus the COBB AP3. And I plan on keeping the EVO X MR for a while.
Due to special circumstances, I'm looking at roughly $2800 otd on the service.
Is it worth it if I'm not having any issue with the SST or would the preventive maintenance be a waste of money?

You aren't experiencing any problems and you are and will be making making near stock power. I see no justification for replacing the clutch plates, I think you are asking for trouble where no trouble currently exists.
Do the fluid and filters, the firmware, and even the teach-in if you like. Keep the ~$2200 you have left over and spend it on something else.

I've decided to do a relearn and fluid/filter change. After thinking about it, I see no need to replace the clutch plates as of right now.
We'll see how well the SST holds up when I run the Nurburgring at the end of April.

Im hitting 150000 miles this week.
I have full boltons since the past 100000 thousand miles.
All i did was change the fluid and filter two times since new.
I have no problems with the SST

Good to know. The filter and fluid has been changed. I thought they were going to use the Mitsu fluid but they used Motul.
