I'm currently attempting to buy 97 GSX. However I'm told that it doeant start up after a long drive, apparrntly you have to wait 30 mins before it'll turn over. Any ideas?

 

What are your plans for this car? If you are going to buy it and tear it apart go ahead and buy it, if not I would walk away from something like this. It sounds like the fuel pump is not working properly after the long drive or it's not priming? Try clicking it over after you drive it to see if you can hear the fuel pump turning on.

I had figured its something simple. I've been chasing one of these since 08, I don't plan on letting it slip.
However what is the worst it could be out.of curiosity?

 

Could be a Faulty MPI relay or the fuel pump is getting weak and causing Vapor Lock.
