Evo 8 non cdi sparktech question

I just received this and I'm wondering if this requires any changes to my tune or can you just put it in and you're good to go? It has different coil charge times / dwell times I'm assuming but is this something I need to address? Thanks.

You need to change your 10A fuse to a 15A on the number 1 slot under the drivers side dash.

I heard this before, but what does it do? I have the spoolin up kit, which doesn't require it as far as I know.

Spoolinup is the same. They recommend a 15A fuse

Yea I changed the fuse, I was really more wondering if there was any tuning issues. I noticed the car has a higher / stronger idle than it did before it seems. When I come to a stop the idle will stay at 1300 rpm or so and then drop to the 1000 rpm its tuned for after about 10 seconds which before it seemed to drop almost right away. Any ideas on how I can change this? Nothing else was changed on the car.
