Autocross EVO - Street Modified Build
If its a decent size I'll probably go. I guess I'll have to google map it. Does anyone know the exact address?
A google maps search shows a pretty sorry looking lot. Guess it can't be worse than the old Bristol lot.
There's a fair amount of people running Warminster, PA tomorrow so you'd have some benchmarks there. Just a wee far at 160 miles from my house.

how long can you expect a set of 285/40/18 v710s to last as long as your not over driving them? same with the hoosier A6/R6 would the R6 be a better choice for longer tread life because its harder to get them to temp or no?
im starting to do some research for next years setup. i wont be able to run a ful prepped bsp car but i want the suspension/tires to be up to par. bsp suspension with stoc power ftw!

It's 285/30, fyi. You can go 120 runs or so. They typically run out of heat cycles before cording.
R6 is for road racing - not good for autocrossing due to the heat factor. A6s will last about half as long as V710s but maybe be a little faster.

Well the lot was on the smaller size, but it was smooth. Suspension changes made it about perfect handling wise. Now it's time to add more power.

The car looked great, and you had some very nice runs. Youll have to make it to a few of the fcscc events in plainfield. The lot is smoother and larger than carts old lot in bristol. It sshould give you a little more room to see the benefits of the new evogreen.
PS if you ever want a co driver let me know
Good meeting you also. It was a fun event, even though it was a tight course. Probably won't run again until may 26th at Englishtown. Good news is the evogreen is in. Will fire it up tomorrow in the am, and check for leaks.
All I can say is Wow. This turbo will work well. Ran it this morning with race gas in for safety, but still with the old pump gas tune, and the car pulls as hard in 2nd gear at 19psi as it did with the makinen turbo at 24psi on the same tune. Once past 5000 rpm, doesn't fall off as much either. Plus it was 15 degrees warmer on the green test. Can't wait to get out to AMS to get the AEM installed, and have Martin put a race gas tune to this. Should be awesome. Stay tuned.
