You are nothing more than an internet punk. You are either very immature or your daddy beat you and so you think bullying others somehow makes you better...You know, there is only one way to deal with a bully....
You have to be kidding me. You really are confused here. I hate to break this to you, but egos are absolutely freakin' rampant at the track. In fact ego is probably the predominant emotion there...This said, I am very humble at the track. In fact, when this M3 guy was blaming me, I didn't feel it my place, or conducive to track harmony, to get in a pissing match with him. I quickly apologized for what I communicated as an obvious misunderstanding. Had I any idea he would panic IN RED RUN GROUP I would not have passed...The problem with M3 guy is he wouldn't let me pass, he was being a *****. He had no business in RED RUN GROUP, at least with SpeedVentures. He learned the lesson the hard way.
When I am over my head, I humbly allow more aggressive drivers to pass, if too many pass, I move down a group for my safety and that of other drivers.
Glad I could help you clearly understand that which you did not.

As far as egos on the track, they are very rampant thats for sure, and its not a good thing. I would say however though, that there are more egos in the pits than there are on the track which are two totally different things. Egos in the pits are fine, but taking it to the track is no good. Take this situation for example. The M3 would not let you pass, so you got pissed and passed him in a turn where he obviously wasn't expecting it and he spun out. Weather he had an ego and didn't want to let you pass, or you had an ego and couldn't wait to pass safely, or both of you had egos, it doesn't matter. Either way someones ego resulted in a car spinning off track.
And yes, you do have an ego. In this thread you have called people out (yes I know he started it), dropped names, and told everybody that you have 5 years of experience. All of this is somehow supposed to make us think you are a fantastic driver? When I read your post saying "I know this guy, and I know that guy" I literally laughed out loud. What does that mean? Who cares? I know Tanner Foust, but that doesn't make me a good drifter. As far as 5 years of experience goes, thats a long time, but again doesn't mean squat. For all we know you could have been practicing the wrong way for all 5 years. My point is, none of this warrants your driving skills or track ediquite at all and they have no relevance to this topic.
Again, I don't know you, and I have no personal vendetta against you. All of my posts are based on conclusions derived by this thread and this thread only. I truly hope that you are a fantastic and safe driver on the track and you might be, but you are certainly not portraying that image here, not to me at least.
I am done with this thread. Thanks, ryan, for displaying your ignorance and immaturity here. You have a napoleonic complex..Talk is cheap. See you at the track buddy. You owe an apology, this is what a man would do.
you mean like 'im better than others and they should stay out of my way'?
and yeah.. drop 5 seconds and dont demote yourself from the advanced group after a session and maybe youll see me.
buh bye.

Did I say, or even imply, that I was a "fantastic driver"?...Clearly not. This is part of the lie constructed by ryan. I am a good driver, but not "fantastic."...I do believe, however, that I am limited by seat-time and money. I do believe, however, that I could drastically improve my track times with simply a few thousand dollars, as could anybody....My line?...Certainly there is plenty of room for improvment.
wow.. please dont listen to the voices..
as a reminder.. all i said this ENTIRE time.. was that people should 'show some courtesy to newer drivers' and 'if you cant stand the heat, get out of the kitchen' is an aweful attitude to have on track.

Okay, I will address this last post. When people push, I push back. Especially punks like ryan. I, unfortunately, stooped to his level by having to explain that I am clearly not a "noob", as he implied. I thought this was clear. I was simply making the case as clear as possible that calling me a "noob" is simply untrue. I "dropped names" to make the case. The only reason I felt it necessary to explain this clearly, is because it is apparent that some people on this board are easily misled by ryan, and they therefore think that what he is saying is somehow true.

To me a fantastic driver is someone who is safe, knows his/her limits, and works at improving his/her skills rather than lap times, although lower lap times come with it. Believe me, there are some pro drivers that I don't think are "fantastic drivers" and there are some beginners that I think are "fantastic" drivers. To me there is a difference between a fantastic driver and a fast driver. The impression that I got from this thread is that you were out there to get the fastest lap time, pass other cars, and get some cool video footage while putting safety and skill building on the back of your mind. To me, that would mean that you are not a fantastic driver regardless if you ran a 2:07 or a 1:47.
point of clarification.. i never called anyone a noob.. i said "help a noob.".. as in.. give someone with less experience tips instead of trying to scare him in a high speed sweeper.
the voices seem to have told him otherwise.
