Yea massa has really been a disapointment so far this year. In melbourne he has a difficult time charging his way through the pack when he clearly had the fastest car on the grid. I malaysia we see him try some of the worst passing attempts I have ever seen in F1. During pre season testing a lot of people thought he was going to be faster than kimi, but he just cant keep it together during the race.

BTW, anyone going to Indy in June to see F1?
I'm having a hard time seeing the defense of Massa. the guy has a history of fubars such as his off last weekend. He is mentally weak, and will always be a second tier driver. As fast as Kimi? No. Maybe in qualifying, but his race pace is not there. IF Kimi would have had to come through the field at the first race running the pace he ran...he still would have won. As would have alonzo, or Schumacher, or Hakkinen at his prime, etc. Fast over one lap or so is not fast. Fast over one lap does not equal superior racecraft. Massa has not shown me much yet. We'll se how it plays out.
Actaully responding to matyb, McLaren will always let their drivers race. As long as thay don't take each other out, that's when Ron Dennis's head explodes. He always criticized Ferrari for the way they ran the show with Michael.
They are not the average great driver, but on another level. Does a driver like Kubica or Rosberg have this? No. They are fantastic drivers, but they do not have the one-up secret sauce that the aforementioned three have. Lewis threw Rosberg a beating in Karting and cars. He smashed Rosberg in karts when they both drove for Keke's team. Lewis is definitely not just hype.
About getting beat in Cart, Michael got beaten by Mika Hakkenien in Cart as well, but Michael is surpasses Mika in F1.
I believe that Rosberg has what it takes to be a WDC if he's in a big team.
Lewis is good no doubt, but he's in a good car and he's been testing for McLaren on and off for the year or two.

IMO massa ruined ferraris chances at a win in the first turn. it looks like he actually tried to brake check kimi. after the first turn i was so upset my girlfriend had to tell me to calm down... i knew it was hopeless as the cars are to evenly matched to make a pass, let alone getting around hamilton AND alonso.
the second time massa tried it and went off, i actually though it could have been team orders - "massa GET YOUR SLOW **** OFF THE TRACK AND LET KIMI BY YOU"

Well Percywork was referencing to the time about lewis and rosberg in cart so I was referencing as well. I just wanted to point out that just because a driver gets beat in a different racing class he shouldn't be deemed as driver that doesn't have what it takes to be WDC. For example, Nick Heifeld killed everyone in F3000, but he was out paced by Kimmi and Massa in the Sauber.

Lewis Hamilton is awesome. This just makes F1 even better It is funny to me though how Alonzo switches teams and instantly makes them better, he is a hell of a driver and I hope Lewis learns alot from him because he will dominate with the right teacher. I love Ferrari, but anything that makes F1 better I'm all for it.
Come on, he came from last place through much traffic and still placed 6th. I give him credit where credit is due. As for the worst pass in F1 for Massa in Malaysia, look harder as there are many BS passes in F1 history and this is far from the worst(be it a rookie mistake). One that can be named is the Coulthard pass over Wurtz that took him airborne and almost took Wurtz's head off recently. No Veteran should make a bad pass like that. Massa is as fast as Kimi and faster on some circuits as you will see if Team orders don't get in the way this year. Kimi is good, but I am starting to see hints of a bad attitude in interviews. Ron Dennis said in so many words that it was not very pleasurable to work with him and Alonso was professional and refreshing in comparison. Also, I think if Hamilton keeps it together he will be at least 3rd in the Championship maybe higher by the end of the year.

[B]WHATTTTTT?B] Are you on Whitney Houston crack wack? for real, what are you talking about? How come you say that he came from the last place and took 6th.
Dude, he started first in the pole so he lost 4 positions, remember, he lost 3 positions within the first 10 laps then he lost another position with Nick Heifield .
Please, review your comments, you need to clarify your comments, you are saying that Massa came from the back when is totally false, he started first and lost 4 spots through out the race..

I have to disagree with you on this one. Rosberg is more then just a fantastic driver. Setting the fasted lap time at Bahrain in his debut and scoring points in a Willams Cosworth. Not to mention that it's a track that he's never been too.

I think you have forgotten the myriad mistakes Rosberg made last year. He made a ton of Driving errors. I don't think you will see that from Hamilton. Kubica makes less driving errors than Rosberg. Rosberg is good, and he will win some races...but great?....This is a discussion better had three or 4 years from now I think, when the young Lions, Kubica, Rosberg, Hamilton, etc...are in the position to win championships...Scott speed will have been relagated to the minor leagues of Champ Car by then. I don't even think he is good enough to do a decent job in DTM.

I agree with you about Scotts Speed, but I think he's better then Liuzzi. Those guys, no one is going to know or care if they're not in F1 anymore.
